Fellows are chosen based on their demonstrated leadership ability and potential, professional stature, influence in the state, integrity, commitment, creativity, and initiative. To the extent possible, each class of 20 - 25 Fellows reflects the many diverse elements in the state.
All Senior Fellows can nominate potential fellows.
Each class commences with a full day orientation session in July, followed by a week long community building program in August and scheduled monthly seminars from, one Friday per month, September through May. Some sessions will require travel on Thursdays.
The total tuition is $10,000. Travel to monthly session sites, as well as accommodations while there, are also the responsibility of each participant. If tuition is a potential barrier for you, please contact Lisa Watson, Executive Director, at (503) 636-2288
