ALF NATIONAL ANNOUNCES A FIRST OF ITS KIND ADVANCED LEADERSHIP RETREAT FOR SENIOR FELLOWS
Nothing replaces time in nature, with deep intention, listening and learning with other ALFers. Now you’ll have the chance to be in community with Senior Fellows from across the country for a five-day all-inclusive adaptive leadership retreat, ALF style. The retreat takes place at Westerbeke Ranch, a beloved, historic sanctuary nestled among stately oaks and rolling vineyards in Sonoma, California.

Developed at the Harvard Kennedy School and taught globally, the adaptive leadership framework is a practical, rigorous approach for leading through change, uncertainty, and complexity. Learning outcomes include: expanding your leadership lens, strengthening your inner systems, adapting to lead in complex systems, building resilience and adaptive humility, and cultivating a lasting community of practice.
