38 for 38 Campaign

Supporting leaders from Oregon’s most impacted communities.

In honor of our 38th year as an organization in the state of Oregon, we’re calling on past ALF Oregon Classes to each raise $3,800 in the summer of 2024. 100% of the funds raised will support leaders from Oregon's most impacted communities.

This year, ALF Oregon will provide 19 Fellows with tuition support. We're proud to report that no one will have to decline an invitation to join a cohort due to lack of funding. But we need partnership from ALF Oregon’s past classes to meet our goal.

ALF Oregon is working to raise $180,000 in unmet tuition.

Some of it will be raised with our Foundation Partners. But much of it will depend on you, the Senior Fellow Network. ALF Oregon specifically supports leaders from historically under-resourced communities across Oregon: leaders of color, leaders experiencing disability, Indigenous leaders, LGBTQIA+ leaders, leaders from communities with mixed citizen status, and others whose voices have been systemically underrepresented. ALF is committed to resourcing these leaders and ensuring that they have access to the ALF Oregon Fellows Program.
