The Senior Fellow Network

We are 800+ strong and growing.

Senior Fellows are graduates of the ALF Fellows Program and are part of a network unlike any other. They come from all sectors of leadership: Nonprofit, Private, Finance, Philanthropy, Education, Advocacy, Grassroots Community Organizing, and Federal, Tribal, State, and Municipal Government. They share a common understanding of, dedication to, and capacity for, acting as networked servant leaders.

ALF Oregon’s impact on the community springs from this engaged, vibrant, evolving, and active network of leaders who inspire their colleagues to community action through the course of their life and work.

Network Dialogues

ALF Oregon Network Dialogues is a forum for ALF Senior Fellow-led conversations that spring from our deepest curiosities, continuous learning, and core belief in collaboration. It’s a mutual care opportunity for Senior Fellows to receive support and idea-generation from the larger Network while also sharing resources in service of the greater good.
